Aim High Sports is one of Michigan's premier basketball and volleyball facilities. Located just outside of Lansing, this 52,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art recreation center offers five regulation basketball courts or up to six volleyball courts as well as a weight room, arcade, concessions, and four locker rooms. The facility has a seating capacity of 3,000 plus hardwood floors and air conditioning throughout.

THERMOMASS combined with tilt-up construction made short work of this project, as the building was completed in just over six months!

With bitterly cold winters in Michigan, the facility’s owner needed an insulation solution that would keep the heat inside and cut down on energy cost at the same time. The THERMOMASS Building Insulation System provided the answer.

Concrete walls insulated with THERMOMASS eliminate thermal bridging and keep the temperatures on the inside from escaping and the temperatures on the outside from getting in. This translates into thousands of dollars in energy savings over the lifetime of the building.
